Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

We need 1-3 days to prepare your order before we shipped it, and it will take 7-12 business days to reach the US. Below is estimating delivery time:

Orders

It is easy to order on our site. Add the item to your shopping cart, and click PayPal checkout as a guest. If you want to create an account while placing your order, you can click the checkout button. At the checkout page, you need to fill in your details to complete your order and account.
Log into " My Account" ;
Click " View Your Order History " ;
Once we have received your payment, it will update your order status to be paid. We will prepare your order within 24-72 hours, and it will show the order under preparing status. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it will update your order status to shipped, Please check the message of these order status in the table below.
If you placed your order as a guest, please get in touch with our customer support at info@ornamentlife.com with your transaction ID or order ID.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact our customer support at info@ornamentlife.com to cancel your order within 24 hours.

If over 24 hours, your order may have been shipped.

We will send you an email with a tracking number and tracking site once we have shipped your order. Or you can log in to your account and view your order history for the order update comment.

If you don't receive any email from us, please check your spam inbox.

Warranty & Refund

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our support team to confirm within 7 days of the order being received. After our support team confirms the issue, our support team will send you our returning address. We will refund the return shipping cost. Meanwhile, we will send you a replacement or you can choose a full refund. Enjoy total peace of mind. Every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop.

For electronic home decors, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty after using it for some time, you can send it back for a refund or item exchange within 45 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this. 
We offer the default product warranty period is one year, starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair, however, customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility in such cases.
